We collect information you provide directly (name, email, location, listings), information generated by your use of Peddly (transactions, views, searches), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device info) to operate the platform.
We use your information to operate Peddly, process transactions, send order updates, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share limited data with Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting) — all under strict data processing agreements. We share your name and address with sellers/buyers only as needed to complete transactions.
We use session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@peddly.com.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@peddly.com to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
