Every purchase on Peddly is covered. Period.

🛡️ Full refund guarantee

If your item isn't as described, doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged — you get a full refund. No questions asked within 30 days of delivery.

Item not as described

If the item you received significantly differs from how it was described or photographed in the listing, you're entitled to a full refund. Condition, functionality, and accuracy all apply.

Item never arrived

If your tracking shows the item is lost in transit or the seller never shipped it, we'll issue a full refund — including any shipping costs you paid.

Item arrived damaged

Items damaged during shipping or that were already damaged (not disclosed by the seller) are covered. Open a dispute and upload photos as evidence.

Wrong item received

If the seller sent a completely different item than what was listed, you're covered for a full refund. You don't need to return the wrong item at your own expense.

Missing parts or accessories

If the listing said something was "complete" or "all original accessories included" and items are missing, that's a dispute we'll resolve in your favour.
